Since the mid 70’s Richards-Wilbert company has served Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Rob Richards was the original owner of the Hagerstown location and expanded the business to Mt. Jackson, VA and Salem, VA. In 2008, Richards-Wilbert was purchased by Richard Ward, who was also the owner of Rockville Fuel & Feed of Montgomery County, MD. Since then, the company has seen many improvements and received an Ultimate Service Provider award. Our goal is and will always be to provide the very best when called upon.
This location opened in 2010.
