Gulf Wilbert Vault Co, Inc. was opened in 1947 as a precast concrete company by James E. McNider up until his death in 1979. At that time, his son James E. McNider Jr. took over the company. Gulf Wilbert Vault Co, Inc. is now in its third Generation of ownership in the grandson of James E. McNider and son of James E. Mcnider Jr., Jeff McNider. Gulf Wilbert Vault Co, Inc. is one of the newest expansions for Wilbert, coming to an agreement in January of 2013.
